Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships with local and international brands.
- Lead the digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content optimization.
- Plan and coordinate high-profile events, golf tournaments, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or partnership management, preferably in the hospitality, lifestyle, or sports sector.
- Proven track record of securing and managing successful strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
