Milestone Production is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communication Senior Executive to lead our brand’s visibility and engagement across diverse channels. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
You will oversee the development of compelling content for social media, out-of-home media (OOHM), radio, and partnership initiatives, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and objectives. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage multi-channel campaigns from ideation through analysis, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
Key focus areas include:
- Strategic planning and execution of marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Creation and curation of high-impact social media content across platforms.
- Coordination of out-of-home, radio, and partnership activations.
- Monitoring, reporting, and optimizing campaign metrics and KPIs.
- Market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and SEO/SEM basics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
