- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with Tugu Hotel's brand values and business objectives
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and local influencers
- Create engaging multi-channel content (digital, print, social media) that showcases Tugu's unique cultural narrative
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, events, operations) to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Manage CRM systems to track lead generation, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics
- Plan and execute promotional events, media partnerships, and community engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, business development, or partnerships within hospitality/luxury sector
- Proven track record of developing successful B2B partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email campaigns)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
