Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns to achieve specific client objectives and KPIs.
- Engage with consumers directly during exciting in-person events, roadshows, and retail promotional activities to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.
- Articulate and communicate key brand messages, product features, and value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and digital teams to conceptualize and develop compelling marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and digital assets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and new business opportunities.
- Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations for clients and senior management.
- Oversee and manage marketing inventory, ensuring all promotional materials and event supplies are organized, stocked, and ready for deployment.
- Provide on-ground operational support during marketing events, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for all attendees.
Kualifikasi
- No prior direct marketing experience is required; we provide comprehensive, hands-on training for the right candidate.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, outgoing personality comfortable with public speaking and direct customer interaction.

- Must be a Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or possess a valid work pass allowing full-time employment in Singapore.
- A Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with social media platforms is a strong plus.
