Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach
- Create engaging content across digital platforms including social media, blogs, and email campaigns
- Manage digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Oversee production of marketing materials including graphics, videos, and written content
- Plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing roles
- Proven expertise in content creation, social media management, and SEO fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
