Tanggung Jawab
- Design engaging digital and print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website content
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver timely solutions
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency across various platforms and materials
- Stay updated on current design trends and technologies to continuously improve output quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Review and refine designs based on feedback and changing requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing design and communications
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities and technical skills
- Understanding of marketing principles and brand development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
