- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies specifically tailored for the Oasia Cluster.
- Manage and actively grow the brand's presence across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the official website.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, hotel operations, and external creative agencies to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Plan and coordinate PR events, seasonal marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Ensure all marketing collateral strictly aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, premium brand voice.
- Stay updated on the latest hospitality industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new marketing opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing communications, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and visual design.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and multimedia content creation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach to challenges.
