Tanggung Jawab
- Define, develop, and execute comprehensive editorial and content strategies for the in-house magazine/journal and other key communication channels (print and digital).
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for the in-house publication, including content planning, writing, editing, design coordination, and distribution.
- Lead the creation of engaging and brand-aligned content, including articles, features, news releases, website copy, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal departments and subject matter experts to gather information and develop compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure all communications maintain brand consistency, adhere to editorial guidelines, and meet high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as designers, printers, and freelancers, to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimise engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in marketing, communications, content creation, and journalism to identify new opportunities and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, content management, or editorial roles, with a strong focus on in-house publications or corporate journalism.
- Proven track record of defining editorial direction and managing the production of magazines, journals, or similar long-form content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies across both print and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation for digital channels.
- Experience working in the Singapore market or Southeast Asia is a plus.
