Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with operational needs
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content, visuals, and promotional assets
- Maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with content creation and management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
