In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the marketing lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute a cohesive content strategy. Your day-to-day will involve brainstorming fresh ideas, producing high-quality multimedia content, managing our editorial calendar, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously refine our approach. We aren't just looking for a content creator; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can identify trends and leverage them to boost our brand presence effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Develop compelling copy for blog posts, email newsletters, website pages, and marketing collateral.
- Produce and edit short-form videos and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and reporting.
- Manage the company's content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
- Assist in organizing and promoting virtual and in-person events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your writing, design, and video editing skills.
- Excellent command of the English and Malay languages, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.
