- Create compelling visual content including photography, videography, and graphic design
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Collaborate with culinary team to create recipe features and cultural storytelling
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
- Conduct market research to identify trending topics in Korean food culture
- Coordinate with influencers and local partners for promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Korean cuisine and cultural nuances
- Experience with SEO principles and content optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Portfolio showcasing previous content creation work
