Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality static and animated graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content, including product demos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all visual marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely publishing and optimization of visual assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and design best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and simple animations for digital ads and organic social posts.
- Assist with photography and videography shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production editing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a graphic design and content creation role, with a strong focus on social media.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design, video editing, and social media content examples.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience behavior, and best practices for organic and paid reach.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with photography/videography equipment and lighting is highly desirable.
