Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a holistic content marketing strategy across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand’s voice and the lifestyle/wellness theme.
- Drive online sales and reservations through targeted social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Plan and execute offline events and activations to bridge the gap between digital marketing and physical customer experience.
- Analyze campaign performance, web traffic, and social media metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), micro-influencers, and media partners to expand reach.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of F&B and wellness industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities and competitive advantages.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or social media management role, preferably within the F&B, lifestyle, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of building online communities and driving e-commerce sales or reservations through social channels.
- Expert-level proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) and content creation software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality photo, video, and copywriting skills tailored to the wellness/lifestyle aesthetic.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta lifestyle scene and the local cultural nuances of social media trends.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly (familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus).
- Highly creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
