- Develop, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and curate content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Create engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and video scripts that align with brand voice and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and product launches to maximize attendance and ROI.
- Monitor, report, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
- Support the sales team with lead generation efforts and marketing collateral to close deals effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing associate, or similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Tagalog is a plus.
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work in a fast-paced, small-business environment.
