Your Role & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations. Your daily tasks will involve developing and scheduling content for our social media platforms, creating visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, drafting and distributing email marketing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp, and maintaining our website content via WordPress. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously optimize our strategies. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the broader team. Coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders will be a regular part of your role to ensure seamless project execution. Maintaining an organized marketing calendar and asset library will be essential to keeping our efforts streamlined and efficient.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, edit, and proofread compelling content for the company website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Design engaging marketing collateral using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain an organized marketing calendar and ensure all materials align with brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in marketing software (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
