Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, social, and mobile channels.
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Manage the project roadmap and ensure all marketing milestones are met on time.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign assets to optimize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop compelling copy and content that resonates with the wellness-conscious target audience.
  • Prepare regular performance reports to present insights to key stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or digital campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Mailchimp) and marketing automation tools.
