In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive product acquisition and enhance user engagement. You will bridge the gap between complex banking products and the needs of the modern consumer through clear, compelling, and compliant copy.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure all communication—from digital ads and email journeys to web landing pages—is optimized for conversion and brand consistency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-converting copy for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, EDMs, and landing pages.
- Translate complex consumer banking propositions into clear, engaging, and benefit-led customer narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with quarterly acquisition and usage business objectives.
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all consumer touchpoints while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- A/B test ad copy and messaging to optimize campaign performance and click-through rates.
- Manage the end-to-end content production lifecycle, from brainstorming to final delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine future communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing and campaign-driven writing.
- Excellent command of English with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and brand identity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Experience working in a contract-based or project-oriented agency or corporate marketing department.
