Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for marketing campaign performance tracking
- Develop AI/ML models for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalized marketing
- Analyze marketing ROI and attribution data to optimize channel performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create automated reporting dashboards using data visualization tools
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis for marketing optimization
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all marketing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, AI, or marketing analytics
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and campaign tracking
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
