Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in regression and hypothesis testing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo)
