- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand management initiatives to enhance market presence and customer loyalty.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and content management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams.
