Cosmetix Unlimited Inc is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to spearhead our brand's market presence and drive sustainable growth in the competitive beauty industry. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, control, and performance of all marketing activities. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can navigate the evolving landscape of the beauty sector and effectively communicate our value proposition to a diverse and engaged audience.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire marketing lifecycle, from conceptualizing innovative multi-channel campaigns to analyzing market trends and consumer behavior. You will lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Your expertise will be critical in establishing our brand as a market leader not only in Quezon City but across the region. You will also be tasked with managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Additionally, you will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and implement data-driven improvements. We expect you to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and operational alignment.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated efficiently for maximum return on investment.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and brand health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and product management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brand campaigns in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational details.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
