Join JBSY Food and Beverages Corporation as a Marketing & E-Commerce Officer and drive the growth of LOADED, our flagship brand. This dynamic role combines digital marketing expertise with hands-on e-commerce management to expand our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll spearhead our Shopee and TikTok Shop operations, create compelling content strategies, and cultivate our reseller network to maximize market reach. Ideal candidates will bring experience in e-commerce platforms and familiarity with TCG (Trading Card Games) industries to innovate our digital approach. Based in Manila, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven campaigns that boost brand visibility and sales performance. This position offers the opportunity to shape our digital transformation while working with a forward-thinking team in the competitive food and beverage sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Shopee and TikTok Shop stores to drive sales and customer engagement
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media and e-commerce platforms
- Oversee reseller network recruitment, training, and relationship management
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and implement growth strategies
- Create digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in food/beverage e-commerce
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in e-commerce management (Shopee/TikTok Shop preferred)
- Strong content creation and social media management skills
- Familiarity with TCG (Trading Card Games) industry a plus
- Proficient in data analysis tools and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
