Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for the restaurant and bar.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage in-house and external events, including product launches, private dining experiences, and seasonal promotions.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to maximize editorial and digital reach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports on ROI, customer demographics, and sales impact.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Culinary teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with guest experience standards and operational feasibility.
- Maintain the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and a premium look and feel.
- Handle budget allocation, vendor negotiations, and procurement for all marketing and event-related expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and event management, ideally within the F&B, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of organizing successful events and executing marketing campaigns that drive tangible business results.
- Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and vendors within the Jakarta lifestyle scene is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design tools).
