Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our fragrance and flavor solutions.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and sensory science teams to translate technical product features into compelling marketing assets.
  • Manage social media channels and digital content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate promotional events, industry trade shows, and product launches to build brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in the food and fragrance sector.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and measure the ROI of marketing activities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication platforms.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B, food, or chemical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and content management systems.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for branding.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
