- Develop, implement, and optimize both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Design and produce engaging marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Assist in the creation of compelling content for website, blogs, email newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team with marketing tools, materials, and lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a marketing executive or coordinator role, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or safety equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
