In this full-time position based in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage our community, and promote our specialized medical services.
Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, coordinating events and health talks, optimizing our website for SEO, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure impactful results. You will collaborate closely with our medical professionals to develop patient education materials and uphold our reputation for excellence.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, health talks, and community outreach programs.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital ads.
- Optimize website content for SEO and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with doctors and management to produce patient education content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and ethical marketing practices is an advantage.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
