Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate trade activations and B2B marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and digital assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and roadshows.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and emerging industry trends.
  • Manage marketing inventory and ensure all brand materials are well-stocked and aligned with campaign objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite) is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports.
