In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact sales and recruitment strategies.
As part of our marketing team, your primary objective will be to expand our branch's Assets Under Management (AUM) and drive brand awareness. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the financial success of our clients and the growth of our firm. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing localized marketing and sales strategies to increase branch AUM.
- Coordinate recruitment drives and lead generation activities to expand our professional network.
- Create engaging promotional content and marketing collateral for digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Penang region.
- Organize and manage roadshows, seminars, and client engagement events to build brand loyalty.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Maintain effective communication with prospective clients and internal stakeholders to support business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics consistent with industry standards.
