Your Mission
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the crucial supporting pillar for the Product Manager. You will take ownership of the day-to-day execution of marketing plans, ensuring that every campaign, promotion, and operational task runs like clockwork. Your responsibilities will span the full marketing mix: from coordinating stock levels and logistics with the supply chain team to meticulously tracking budget utilization and A&P spending. You will also play a key role in market intelligence, conducting competitor analysis and uncovering insights that drive our new business initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Product Manager in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- Coordinate daily operational activities including replenishment, stock allocation, and inventory management across multiple distribution channels.
- Monitor, track, and reconcile marketing budgets and A&P spending, ensuring strict adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, consumer insights, and white-space opportunities for new business initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of promotional activities and in-store displays.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and post-mortem analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend actionable improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or agribusiness sectors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data interpretation.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for financial processes (budget tracking, invoice management).
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
