Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and eco-tourism growth.
- Manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create compelling, high-quality content including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and promotional materials.
- Plan and manage digital advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to achieve maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify new opportunities in sustainable tourism.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate promotional events and media coverage.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Creative, data-driven, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for environmental conservation and eco-tourism.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
