As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and promoting our engineering products and services to a diverse client base. We are seeking a creative individual who is deeply familiar with the local market dynamics of Kelantan and Terengganu. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will manage various marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to regional events, ensuring our brand voice resonates effectively with our audience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media platforms, including content creation and community engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to produce high-quality promotional materials, brochures, and digital content.
- Organize and participate in local marketing events, exhibitions, and roadshows across Kelantan and Terengganu.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and ROI.
- Maintain relationships with local media outlets and business stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Lejen Memandu).
- Strong knowledge of the geography and transport routes in Kelantan and Terengganu.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media management platforms.
