Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Take ownership of content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media content, and email newsletters.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales enablement materials and promotional assets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events, webinars, and trade shows from planning through to post-event analysis.
- Support SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a marketing executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
