Tanggung Jawab
- Drive business development efforts to achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue targets as outlined in the strategic plan.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing collateral, including digital content, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Manage and monitor social media channels and digital platforms to increase audience engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals and optimize the customer acquisition process.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales support, or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex marketing challenges.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
