- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok)
- Create engaging content to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
- Execute targeted campaigns to achieve sales and conversion goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics
- Manage local outreach in Surabaya-Kedungdoro area
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent
- Proven experience with Instagram and TikTok social media management
- Access to personal transportation for field activities
- Strong target-oriented mindset with proven results
- Resident in or willing to relocate to Surabaya (Kedungdoro area preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative marketing concepts
