- Collaborate with medical specialists to determine event sub-themes aligned with hospital monthly priorities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from conception to completion
- Create engaging marketing content including campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare partners, and media contacts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
