Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging content across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print)
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance
- Manage digital advertising campaigns including SEO/SEM and social media ads
- Coordinate with design teams to produce compelling marketing materials
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
- Organize promotional events and community engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with campaign execution
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with ability to generate innovative solutions
- Project management experience with attention to deadlines
