Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content to boost engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing collateral and digital assets.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional events and campaigns, both online and offline.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and campaign updates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
