Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to drive lead generation.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and videos.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives using Google Analytics and other KPI tools.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, product launches, and corporate exhibitions.
- Maintain and update the company website content to ensure optimal SEO performance and user engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a marketing or brand management role.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable marketing insights.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
