In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective engagement with insurers, corporate clients, General Practitioners (GPs), and medical specialists. You will manage the end-to-end process of partnership outreach, ensuring that our services are well-recognized and valued across the healthcare ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand and manage referral networks within the local medical community.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with insurance companies, corporate entities, GPs, and medical specialists.
- Conduct proactive outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness of Oncocare's service offerings.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and clinical teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and generate regular reports on referral growth and engagement levels.
- Organize networking events, medical seminars, and promotional activities to strengthen industry relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare partnerships, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in building and managing professional networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
