Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost recruitment outreach and brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and professional networking profiles to engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create persuasive job postings and candidate-facing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Support the execution of employer branding initiatives to position Intellisearch as an industry leader.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage marketing collateral and promotional assets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Singapore recruitment market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing, digital communications, or agency roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy principles.
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and social media management platforms.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with a keen interest in marketing analytics and reporting.
