As the Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind the company's marketing initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to the engineering industry, driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn advertising, and webinars.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, technical articles, and product brochures that resonate with an engineering audience.
- Manage the company's website and social media presence, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry-specific trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to maximize ROI and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and effective sales enablement tools.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing automation tools).
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
