Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute innovative TikTok marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives, from outreach and relationship building to contract negotiation and campaign analysis.
  • Monitor current beauty industry trends and viral challenges to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for future marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality video content and aesthetic assets.
  • Oversee daily social media operations and community engagement to foster brand loyalty.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in the beauty or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content creation tools (CapCut, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer collaborations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to effectively reach our local target audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting trends.
  • A creative eye for visual storytelling and a deep interest in beauty and skincare products.
