Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground marketing roadshows and promotional events.
- Engage proactively with the public to create brand awareness for our beauty education programs.
- Identify and qualify leads through face-to-face interaction and follow-up activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of localized marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries and feedback to improve marketing outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to student conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities in the region and report market trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, events, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in outdoor or roadshow environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
- Basic computer literacy for report documentation.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Johor area as required.
