Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business development and brand visibility across the Mindanao region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, partnership development, and strategic outreach.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential growth sectors within the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize ROI.
- Represent Eracare at industry events, seminars, and community outreach programs to build brand authority.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or wellness sector is highly preferred.
