Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Coordinate brand activation events and retail promotions to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various digital channels, including copy, visuals, and video concepts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage community engagement across social media platforms by responding to queries and fostering active discussions.
- Support the team with market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
