Are you a digital native with a passion for viral content and e-commerce growth? FAXYN, OPC is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the brand growth of DNAND across high-traffic platforms including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
We are seeking a creative strategist who understands the pulse of the Filipino market. You won't just be managing accounts; you will be conceptualizing trend-driven content, managing live streams, and optimizing store performance to convert viewers into loyal customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies specifically tailored for TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee daily store operations on Shopee and Lazada, including product listing optimization, inventory coordination, and campaign management.
- Conceptualize, film, and edit high-impact short-form videos that align with current trends and platform algorithms.
- Analyze platform metrics and sales data to provide actionable insights for continuous growth.
- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships and live-selling sessions to drive real-time sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Implement promotional campaigns and flash sales to maximize visibility and revenue during major shopping events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce management (Shopee/Lazada) and Social Media Marketing (TikTok).
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral content creation, and social media algorithm behavior.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce backend data.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to market shifts.
