Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the creation of marketing collaterals and promotional content.
- Support event planning, product launches, and roadshows as required.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department to ensure smooth workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools and digital marketing trends.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
