Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, and print materials
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Create compelling brand collateral including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Manage social media content calendars and engagement strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Collaborate with sales and development teams to support project marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- 3+ years of combined marketing and graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and campaign development
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
