Elitez Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to lead our digital transformation in the green space. Located in the vibrant Lavender/Bendemeer area, this role offers a unique chance to shape the narrative around urban farming and eco-friendly living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive the growth of our e-commerce presence and spearhead video content creation that inspires our audience to adopt sustainable practices.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns that highlight our commitment to the environment. This includes managing our online stores to ensure a seamless customer experience and producing engaging video assets that tell our brand story. We are looking for a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities, from strategic planning to hands-on content production, while staying ahead of the latest digital marketing trends.

- Develop and implement comprehensive green marketing strategies to promote urban farming and sustainable products.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce store operations, including product listings, pricing, and inventory coordination.
- Create high-quality video content for social media channels, websites, and marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets across all platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing assets that align with brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
