Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support product launches and brand awareness initiatives within the life sciences sector.
- Create compelling product presentations, sales collateral, and technical documentation to assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Manage customer engagement activities, including webinars, trade shows, and industry seminars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing messages align with product roadmaps and sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital marketing channels with relevant industry news and product updates.
- Assist in the development and distribution of newsletters and promotional materials to existing and potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role within the healthcare or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare, laboratory, and life science markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
